"The staff were wonderful people and super easy to talk to and work with. Along with the staff working the revolving restaurant were great! The room however was unfortunately dirty. The main table/countertop along with parts of the bathroom were definitely not cleaned. The sliding glass door had a bunch of finger prints/hand prints and smudges all over the glass."

"Yep, it's an old building - that's actually part of why I chose it! They're actively doing work on the lobby as of April 2026; the public spaces were all well maintained, and the space was very clean (I saw some comment from someone else about "worn carpet" - we only saw that on the stairs from the ground floor to the lobby, and I can say we never saw anyone else opt for those stairs since there are elevators first...). Breakfast was adequate - kept replenished (even on the day we arrived on the very tail end, we still had enough options, even if we didn't have *all* of the options) and tidy (hard to do for a buffet!). We opted to park in the public lot a storefront and a half north, and it ended up being $85ish for 3 nights. (Valets were always available when we came in and out, though, so the tradeoff for convenience was a deliberate choice. We just always opt for as much independence as possible.) And the staff were all amazing!"
