"The cabin was unique and perfect for someone who isn't planning to spend a long time inside on a vacation to the Keys. We traveled with a 5 year old and a 2 year old and they were able to sleep comfortably in the bunk beds. They LOVED seeing Blaze the local dog every day. They couldn't wait to see him and pet him when they woke up each day. We were able to use the kayaks to explore the bay and even saw two eagle rays feeding in the currrent. WARNING: if you are planning to kayak, be careful going under the Sadowski Causeway. The current was VERY strong and it was very difficult to steer and propel the larger two person kayaks back against that current. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and planned to play some pickle ball but we ran short on days/time. The staff was very friendly and the door to the office was always open if we had questions. We did laundry there and they were able to exchange for coins which was very helpful. The only minor issues we had were related to the bunk bed room and the temperature it reached overnight. We left the fan running but there is no A/C blowing in that room, so if you closed the door, the kids would get very hot overnight and wake up sweating. We solved this problem by leaving the living room A/C running and opening their door while closing the door to the separate bedroom that the adults stayed in. The bicycles on site were not in the best shape and the helmets were also pretty worn. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"Seascape is a very nice place for relaxing and enjoying the keys. Close to everything. Place is very clean and the beach is beautiful. We took out the kayaks and went around and that was fun, we also used the bikes and enjoyed that. They let you borrow chairs and sunscreen pool toys, also the pool is very nice and clean. The safe is friendly and they talk to you and can give you a lot of advice on things and places to go and do in Marathon. Had a great time no complaints. Go and have a relaxing quite vacation!"

"The rooms are perfect. They have laundry inside the room. I found only one inconvenience, the air conditioning is not very cold, however, we survive. They have a fan in the room as well. Employees are very friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend this place. "

"Staying on a houseboat was a really neat experience! We reserved the "family houseboat" and it was more spacious than I thought it was going to be, especially the bathroom (which was very important, since four people were sharing it). I recommend motion sickness remedies if that is an issue for you. Though the houseboats are on a rather calm cove, being on water affected both my daughter and I at times; we wore those anti-seasick bracelets. Yacht Haven Marina offers free kayaks and bicycles to use during your stay, nice bonus. Would highly recommend!"

"Stayed in a well maintained and adorable stilt house. The bed was comfortable and its stocked with dishes, dish soap, bath supplies, and pillows/linens. I will say the pull out couch was sagging on one side—it was fine, my kid just laid sideways, but worth noting. Also, NOT the properties fault at all but Hotels.com did make it seem like we’d be in a houseboat so there was some disappointment there. But this place is really cute and the staff is SO nice and approachable. Key deer are EVERYWHERE and you’re right by the water. Slept 5 of us comfortably. "
