While the overall experience was fantastic, a faster check-in process—perhaps even a pre-arrival check-in option—would have enhanced efficiency at the front desk. "We had a great stay. Breakfast buffet was amazing and had lot of options. Room was nice and comfortable. Though metro Station is across street, rooms were noise proofs and never had any noise. Our only problem was, we had to wait more than 2 hour for check-in and getting our room ready."
