"Checked into the first room we were assigned and there was no AC. Temp was 27c and set point was 18c. We went back to the front desk and asked for a new room. They assigned us a new room with no questions or hey let’s wait for it to be fixed. Staff was excellent"

"The Americana is a great option if you want the water-park experience but you don't want to spend Great Wolf prices. We got a suite with 2 queen beds and bunk beds. There were 5 of us and it was perfect. The location is close to Tim Hortons, Starbucks, shopping and a grocery store. I felt happy and safe there and so did My kids and my senior parents. Very good experience. My only criticism is that parking was extra, $25 per day but I have a feeling every hotel does this now."
