It was my first time staying at a motel since everything else was sold out due to the eclipse. The staff and service was excellent. We had an issue with the key and then the microwave, and both were fixed quickly and efficiently. We had a good experience. I would recommend this motel.

Freezing outside and no heat in room. You could see your breathe in the room. Slept in the car with the heater on. Checked out and went to a motel just up the road.Requested a refund. We'll see how that goes.
