"Nice views and that’s about it. Poor breakfast buffet and staff could not manage demand well. Cleanliness was poor, refillable glass bottles for drinking water were not washed and microbial growth could be see below lids. Shower curtains has mildew and mold on them. Washroom exhaust fan was disgusting and not cleaned. Tub drain leaked all over floor. So much potential but poor management and lack of staff training evident. "

"Every thing was all right, except the bathroom. It needs more hooks for hanging up bath towels. The shower room needs to have something for holding the bottles of shampoo and bath soap. "

"The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling"
