"Sadly the stay did not start off well being notified that the air conditioning was not working properly. This was the last time we were disappointed the amazing staff were honest and up front, they let us check out the room and make sure it wasn’t going to be too hot for our stay. They also offered complimentary drinks and a meal for the inconvenience which only made the stay even more awesome. The hotel is lovely, great location and close to every thing you need to experience Newcastle at its best. "

"We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy. The only down side was the noise from the surrounding club that went on till 12 am on Saturday and the renovation works that started at 8 am on a Monday (but we were given notice of this prior to anyway). Overall I would still come back in the future! "
