There is a problem with the toilet seat. Lucky we only stay one night. Reception was closed after 5 so we could not contact anyone They should have an emergency number for this type of issue

The Executive Inn
Room really clean, housekeeping staff do a great job. Pool lovely, well kept. Issue with renovations in room above us that nobody told us about it at check in, d/w reception, apologies made, compensation given, just not what we'd expect, especially given good service on numerous previous visits. ...
