Clean, the AC worked well — generally fine for a short stay, but the room was pretty underwhelming. All the lights flickers, I was given a room by the elevators so fairly loud, low water pressure, dirty windows so it was hard to enjoy the view (although, there barely was one)

The room was a bit too noisy. We can hear the noises coming from the streets. We got a issue with the bathroom (bathtub and toilet clogged). We had to call the reception and they sent someone right away to fix the problem. We appreciate. Everything else was good.

PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager hotel
Staff are nice but I didn’t get my hotels.com F&B credit and the water dispenser on my floor was broken meaning I had to go up and down each time I needed to get water.
