I stayed at this location twice now and I’ve always had positive experience here. The staffs are always so nice. They greet you every time they see you coming in. The room is small though and there is no parking. But besides those few inconveniences, this location is great! Close to popular shopping areas. You can walk there if you’d like. Close to subway stations and fairly safe at night. Highly recommend. 10/10 I’d stay here again.

I expected the area around the hotel to be cleaner. Right next to hotel it was OK, but just a few feet away there were homeless people that were peeing right there on a street. The noise is quite significant too and the windows do not block it well. We had to keep windows opened though because of the air conditioner: we had to turn it off because it was blowing right at us. As a result, we all got sick by the end of the stay.

The first room was a handicap room, had hair on the toilet and on the desk, as well as dirt that wasn't cleaned up from what looked like drinks on the desk. The floor was sticky. I called and asked for a different room. Was told they were sold out and didn't have one. I went to the lobby with pictures, and somehow they found another room for me. One hair on the toilet in that one. The ceiling was peeling off paint in the the bathroom. The tub had many chips in it, the walls were old and stained in the room. It was dirty under the dresser (laid on the floor to do stretches so saw that). I would definitely not stay here again. The only pluses were the shower pressure was good and it was a convenient location.

I really liked the location of the hotel but our room was not ideal...their was a stain on the coverlet, the phone did not work and the blind was broken. When I told them at the front desk they asked me if I really needed to see out the window...I said yes and the response was but you are only there for a couple of nights. I was a bit taken back by the lack of response. They never even came to the room to see about the shade. The valet was very polite and helpful as we were leaving.

I had a god awful experience here! We had no hot water and they weren’t able to do my accommodation for my mother who is a disabled veteran despite me reserving a room months in advance with said accommodations. Still trying to get a resolution or refund about this terrible inconvenience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
