Terrible. I’ll start with check in. Upon arrival I was told that I had already checked into my room, and had been given the keys. Keep in mind I pre paid for this room. I was traveling with family. Come to find out they had given the room to my son. Different name. Didn’t ID him. And secured the deposit with someone else’s credit card. My son had his own reservation. All people with the same last names are not related. Thankful we were! But they didn’t ID him to see it wasn’t me at all. Then later that evening. I was awaken by three phone calls, and a knock on my door by an angry male! (Mind you I’m sleeping alone in this room with young women) so I was taken off guard. He’s literally yelling saying why is the smoke alarm going off downstairs! I said sir you just woke us up! How can I answer that question? He then brings the engineer up to check it, and yet again this same man is yelling, at a woman. And says that’s how he talks. Now being in the hospitality field, that’s totally unacceptable. I speak with the manager Steven and ask him if he can come up to the room to smell or see why the alarm was going off. He gets angry and says NO! I’m getting ready to leave. And said he’s charging me a $150 fee for a smoke fee for the alarm going off. Excuse me!?! Never again. Please women be cautious of traveling or staying in the room alone at this hotel. I don’t know what their intentions were, but I’ll never return! Never! I didn’t feel safe and felt as I was being watched.

The front desk staff was excellent. The rooms were not up to the Marriott standards that I’m used to. (I have been in many NYC Marriott hotels) there was mold in the shower and tub.

The bathroom needs some work. It took like 5 min to get hot water. I was not able to turn the shower head which was pointing towards the wall. The hotel does not provide a shower cap, shower head relatively high for a 5.5 person and I could not turn it. Most of the water covered the bathroom floor.

Staff aware of keys mall functioning still issued keys , service man had to help majority of guests due to change time - daytime saving change. Sliding door to bathroom - no privacy .. very uncomfortable feeling If you need to use the bathroom

Best hotel ever.
This was possibly the best stay I’ve ever had. The staff was awesome, they had flexibility for check in and out times for free, the hotel was very nice and modern, location was super accessible to all of the city but on a quieter side street so not much noise. I’d give an 11/10 if I could.

Overall a great experience with the hotel and staff. The location was good, it was not too far from Times Square and other sites to see. Just the surrounding areas was dirty and felt unsafe.

una buena opcion si quieren quedarse cerca de time square, el restaurante que tiene es muy delicioso, las camas muy bien. La habitación muy limpia, moderna y espaciosa (para estar en NY). Lo único malo que apuntaría es que las ventanas no son soundproof asi que podrán escuchar aveces sirenas o carros pasando. Pero como la cama es deliciosa no les molestara tanto.

Positives first: This hotel boasts a fantastic and convenient location, featuring a on-site restaurant and proximity to nearby dining options, Times Square, and transportation. The cleanliness and reasonable pricing further enhance its appeal. Now, addressing the drawbacks: Unfortunately, the check-in experience was marred by unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Additionally, the open shower concept led to a consistently wet floor, and the barn-style bathroom door, while stylish, frequently came off track, compromising privacy.

Great Value
Very nice Hotel, great value comparing with the other hotels in the same area. Breakfast was amazing (and included on the price). Just one little bloop, the lights could be a little brighter in the room and bathroom. Would definitely go back.

the property was well cared for with clean rooms and amenities however the staff was somewhat unpleasant and a bit nosy and inflexible with their conduct and service. if you don’t mind poor service but good amenities and convenience of location then it is a good value for money.

I booked through expedia and 2 free breakfasts were suppsodd to be included. I showed the front desk whats included in the email you sent me. He refused to rectify the problem until i went to his supervisor. Her name was hillary and she approved the breakfast and said ahe would put a note in the systen. The next day we had breakfast and gave our room nunber. I was still charged for the breakfast. How do i get my money back?
