The property seemed like it was still in the process of being built. There was only one ice machine for the building. The room was dimly lit and the bathroom lights had only one light working. The furniture looked cheap and the staff were disinterested. Upon check in, there’s a sign behind the plexiglass divider that rooms could be rented out by the hour. I would have rather stayed across the street at Radio hotel

I like the cleanliness. I disliked out closely you hear somebody next door. My neighbours were really loud and played music late till 3 am and I didn’t get much sleep, other than that this hotel is pretty convenient, clean and safe enough for anyone visiting Newyork or that area specifically.

Had to get room cards activated daily. Poor lighting in bathroom. Lighted mirror broken. Could hear noise from adjacent room. TV kept me up in middle of night. Adjoins room door poorly sealed. You can hear everything!
