"There was only the maintenance guy to check us in. Our room was in poor condition. The bathtub did not drain well. The outlet behind the bed was hanging wires. Th right side of the bed had no light. We have always frequented Best Western for their cleanliness and affordability. This was a huge disappointment."

"Decently clean room (some stained linens). I liked the room layout (partition between couch and bed area, vanity separate from rest of bathroom) Staff was ok. A lil snarky when we checked out early (late afternoon not staying the 2nd night) even though I was not asking or expecting a refund One safety concern I had: our room door did not close behind us. At all. Stayed wide open. My husband was unpacking the car while me and the baby played on the bed. I had no idea our room door was wide open. There's a lot of danger in this world and anything could happen. I think new doors for the facility would go a long way to mitigate this risk "

"We travel a lot and this is the most kid friendly and really clean and comfortable stay. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Just spend a few extra dollars and stay here! it's worth it! "
