"Great location , next to the Taipei Main Train Station . We had our 4 days Klook group tour and the meet up was at the Taipei main station , so it was a big help. staff service are great , rooms are big .If you are arriving early for check in , the Taipei main station has lot of food choices on the second floor , pastry choices too .Will recommend to friends and families"

"The room and facilities are great. My only comments are that the rooms are NOT soundproof as I was kept awake by a loud person in the next door room. Also slightly annoying that bars and restaurants are not open every night given guests are staying"

"I stayed at Cham Cham for 8 nights. The hotel is very new and clean. I stayed in explore twin room by myself. It is big enough. It is a bit far from Taipei, so if you need naps or rest in mid day while visit Taipei, Cham Cham location is not ideal for that. The review for the staff is mixed. The cleaning crew was very thorough and friendly. However, the front desk staff was not very friendly. They were not mean, but didn't really care for saying Hi to the guests. They didn’t smile at all nor care for any questions I had for them. As a traveler, naturally I have some questions, they were not helpful and not friendly. No smile at all. They all seemed like college-aged students who treated this job like another part-time job versus a job in the hospitality service business. This is very different from other hotels I stayed in in Taiwan."
