The room and the bathroom are spacious. The double bed is big and comfortable. During winter there’s heaters in the room to keep it cozy. We stayed for 2 nights and would have stayed longer if we could.

From the moment I booked our 2 rooms at this hotel, the manager kept in touch with me to ensure our arrival and stay in Goreme had a smooth transition and start to a wonderful vacation! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and accomodated our every need. We had an issue with our sink filling up, but they were able to fix it relatively quickly. The location of this hotel is great! Theres plenty of shopping right up the hill, and all the attractions with tours can pick you up right at the door of this hotel because of how central it is! Buffet breakfast was great! The manager even gave us to-go breakfast sandwiches and juiceboxes to eat on our way back to the airport, which was such a thoughtful touch to our overall stay at Shoestring Stone House! I would book this place again in the future.

Excellent!!

Fantastic little hotel right in the center of Goreme, known for Balloons. Chetan (manager) was very helpful and pleasant. Security is good and everything was comfortable. Breakfast was good, staff very kind. Great stay!!

Konum olarak gayet güzel bir yer terminale ve göreme müzesine yakın. Nevşehir'in her tarafina araba bulabilirsiniz. Lovely hotel near the centre of the town. Room good, breakfast amazing for Turkey. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Some properties adjacent to the hotel are industrial. We did DIY tours by ourselves with Ahmet a really helpful and informative taxi driver.

Hôtel très ancien. Je le déconseille si vous êtes en famille, mais si vous êtes avec des amis, cela peut être un bon plan. Le petit déjeuner offre très peu de choix. J’avais une chambre avec jacuzzi, mais elle était très poussiéreuse et il y avait une odeur désagréable. Point positif : l’hôtel est proche du centre.

The shower walls had black mold, the drain was sliw to empty, thw water flooded the whole room and the hair dryer did not work.
