Me encantó el hotel, realmente las habitaciones se siente como una cueva. El personal fue muy servicial y nos ayudaron a conseguir tours para recorrer Capadocia. El desayuno es delicioso y tienen una terraza para poder ver todo el pueblo y los globos volando.

Excelente estadia, vale a pena!!!!

Um lugar super aconchegante, o quarto é pequeno, mas já sabíamos disso, super limpo, cama muito boa, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, 50 m do centro, o proprietário foi super solícito, organizou pra gente as excursões e o passeio de quadriciclo e foram excelentes com ótimo custo benefício. Super recomendo.

I was in Turkiye for 55 days, and this was the best hotel I stayed in Turkiye. The Cave Room is so cool and comfortable, it was the best sleep I got during my whole trip. There was also coffee and tea everyday which made waking up very nice. The staff is so sociable, as a solo traveler I was happy to be able to hang out at the hotel and have tea and talk with the two gentlemen who worked there who treated me like a friend who had come to visit. An excellent example of real Turkish hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel!

Family room stay

Good location, friendly staff. Room was too small for a family of four but doable for a weekend trip if you spend a lot of time out. Breakfast could be better. Bedding and towels old and need to be replaced. Bathroom tiny.

Ali, the front desk guy was amazing. Super professional, kind, cordial and helpful. The breakfast was great and better than those continental breakfasts. He helped me with tours, transfers, info about what to do in the city etc. I just loved staying there! :) Such a great customer service and customer care. As a result, I will bring my parents there.

Nice place. The room was clean. The staff was helpful, including by arranging the shuttle to and from the airport. There was some loud noise from the street and there was not much sound insulation (even though the windows were shut). The bathtub had a small leak but nothing major. Overall, it's a perfectly good hotel in a location about as central as possible for the main Cappadocia attractions.

Had a great stay here. staff was really amazing and helped a ton in booking very last minute activities and airport shuttle. Room was very comfortable, location is great (close to an amazing viewpoint for the baloons), and roof top views is great as well. The only complaints that I have are... the washrooms needs a bit of deep clean and updating. Drinking glasses during breakfast is a bit dirty and wifi signal could've been improved (dead spots and sometimes disconnects). Other than that, will definitely recommend for the price paid and for the service alone.

Las atenciones son de primera. Siempre tratando de que uno esté bien. Me llevaron a tomar el bus en la noche. Lo que pasa es que tengo 77 años y hay que subir y bajar escaleras , pero eso es la construcción del edificio

Property needs some fixing, particularly the bathroom. Every time we took a shower, the bathroom flooded from a leak in the tub. We didn't need our bathroom to be cleaned daily but because of this, it was necessary. I Iove the staff though. Very accommodating and friendly. Always helping with a smile. Kış ayında gitmiş olmanın verdiği o sakinlik sessizlik çok güzeldi. Otel hiç gürültülü vb değildi.Odamız temizdi bizi rahatsız eden birşey olmadı. Kahvaltısı çoğu otel kahvaltısına göre çok iyiydi yeterliydi hatta omlet vb bile yapmışlardı. Sadece eksi olarak otopark çok küçücük 2-3 araç anca sığıyor ve biz burdayken hep doluydu. Ama çok sıkıntı değil çünkü yakınlarda koyabileceğin yerler var. Teras kısmı çok gğzel sabah balonları vb yakından izleyebiliyoruz. Gece o teras katı açık tuttuğunuz için teşekkür ederiz. Evde gibi hissettik tekrar Kapadokyaya yolumuz düşerse uğrayacağımız adres

The shower door above the bathtub leaked water on the floor. The bathtub is somehow raised very high. There is a foot pedestal in front of the bathtub. I literally had to climb into the bathtub. Luckily I had no mobility difficulty. This could become a major accessibility problem that was not disclosed when I made the reservation of this hotel.

Trop cher pour la qualité

Un hôtel très cher pour la qualité. Lorsque vous êtes fenêtres fermées c’est comme si vous étiez dans la rue, de plus les clients de l’hôtel se lèvent à 4h30 pour aller voir les montgolfières et que la porte de la chambre est très mal faite, vous êtes constamment réveillés. Alors que nous avions demandé une chambre calme… La terrasse est sympa, le personnel plutôt accueillant, mais par contre le petit déjeuner vraiment pas bon… Et en plus, pas de ménage de chambre fait automatiquement ! Il faut le demander !! Un peu choquant. Bref pas terrible, essayez de trouver un hôtel plus typique a goreme, même si ce n’est pas chose facile.
