"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. 10/10 Excellent

The staff are outstanding and the location is beautiful. The food is very good and they have a good range of alcoholic beverages. The Settlers experience is excellent. Everything is kept very clean. Things they could improve, the villa we stayed in (12) could do with refurbishing. It is comfortable but for example the bathroom floor is slats and you can lose earrings etc through the gaps. It also creaks loudly! The only other thing is that the food delivery can be slow at times.
