"What we did not like was that the hotel looked good on the expedia website but the reality was very different. The entrance was very depressing and at night was not lit at all. You needed a torch to find your way. Room was big but was not very clean. We even had an additional guest. A cockroach! The hotel is overpriced for what it provides."

The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful; they made me move rooms late at night, and the new room was equally dirty. I wasn't happy about it. "Room as okay and decent size but AC, hot water and TV not working, they admit they cut the cable service to save money. No amenities, lift not working, no staff at counter. They promised breakfast but staff woke up late and we had to get packed breakfast in a haste."
