The rooms are very nice with a lovely big and modern bathroom, and the place itself is very close to the beach, and only w 20 minute drive from the airport which is perfect! "This place is really amazing. Location is close from airport (about 15 minutes), the rooms are clean and we had the best mattress for a good night rest. The restaurant is really good and have lots of variety but the things that makes it exceptional is the owner and all the staff who works there. We had so much help to plan our trip and everyone is so helpful and gentle. We recommend 200% and we will stay there again for sure. If we could give more than 5 starts we would do it. "

"The place is in good location. The room wasn't super clean, staff is nice but not very attentive, could benefit from more training. Overall the place seems run down and not taken care off. Big cockroach also visited my bedroom. The balcony doors are very hard to open and close. Overall I think place needs to be managed better. "

"Unfortunately the room let down this hotel. unclean, cracks in the walls, bathroom full of ants and mosquitoes, broken cot for the baby, unclean linen, power trips 3 x a day, bland basic food. 1hr wait for a srilankan breakfast. Staff were very helpful and kind"

"At the time of my booking, this hotel was not actually completed. I went to the address indicated, only to find that there's no sign or evidence of any hostel at all. I called the number provided on my booking, to find that it linked to a hotel under the same owner several miles away. While they honored my booking, I really would have expected a refund or more from them. "
