Cons: Well we saw a roach in the bathroom. And the mini fridge was in an awkward spot right behind the bathroom door which could be an inconvenience. Only one trash can which was I. The bathroom and no extra bag for trash once it got full. Pros: easy freeway access.

The hotel is clean and check in was smooth. The restaurant in the shared parking lot is very loud as previous comments shared, but if you get a room away from that side you can hear it much. They have a fancy coffee machine in the lobby but it was broken when we were there. Overall a solid stay for a night or two.

Even though I was only there for 3 nights, me and my daughter loved the hotel!!!!!! The staff was amazing, the pool was excellent and it was nice and quiet!!!!! Would definitely stay there again!!!!

The staff were very kind and knowledgeable, the hotel was well kept including the room we had. The hotel is also close to the freeway which made it alot easier to access different parts of San Diego.

Nice staff. Nice location for leaving too drive, not much for walking though. Food options very limited. Pool is heated and nice hot tub. Laundry room was convenient. Enjoyed out stay and would stay here again.

Staff where great - Great base to explore San Diego. Pool was lovely. Room was well equipped, especially as i am disabled. Beds suprr comfy. Only downside is lack of a bar /restaurant hoeever Kimballs across the parking lot did nice if a little pricey food. However plenty of other places to eat close by. Thank you for a lovely stay

Far from the city/downtown or any well known parks. Very clean. Mexican Shuttle bus driver was very respectful and nice and looks presentable, sorry i forgot his name. Good thing is shuttle bus drives customers to nearby dining but receptionists don't mentioned it to every customers as per other clients heard it only from us when they saw us carrying in and out burgers. Saw also an older lady walking to buy food and mentioned it to her and she was surprised.

Great place for families with kids - affordable, quiet, safe and has the needed amenities. Staff was great, facility clean. One point to improve : You have to call the front desk each day before 10.30 am or so if you want the room cleaned each day. This should be automatically included in room service so that customers don't have to call for the same thing every day.
