We asked the front desk for more so we would have it in the morning. It never arrived. The drain in the shower was clogged. I thought it was kind of cheap of the hotel to charge $25 to check in an hour early. I'm the past, if the room was ready and you arrived a little early, it wasn't am issue. Most importantly, we hated the kiosk check in. It didn't work, and we had to get a person to help anyway. Very impersonal and apopr wsy to do business. "
