"The hotel was shut down because of renovations in progress and did not notify us in advance. We had no place to stay upon reaching Nagpur and were cabbing around for 2 hours for a decent place to stay.Nightmarish experience, charged us the full amount, unreachable contact info, untraceable and conflicting addresses listed on booking confirmation and receipt. Would never recommend to anyone. Safety first."

"Terrible experience at the Treebo RK inn hotel. I booked through Treebo following a nice stay in one of their Guwahati hotels. But this is a big disappointment. No bath soap in the bathroom. The soap dispenser was empty and broken, lyung on the bathroom floor. Does anyone check these things at all? The showerhead was leaking allover the place where it joined the pipe, and finally fell on me. Treebo, you need to look into this seriously!"
