The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a great deal for the area. Out of their control is the 5am construction next door followed up with the late night clubs all around that will keep you awake. Warning to female solo travelers. Exteriors door to room once inside the hotel. Windows are old small slants that could easily be broken into. Did not feel safe and would not stay there again.

Good location rooms were ok but not the cleanest - run down

We love this hotel but they are under construction which limits the usual amenities in the lobby areas. Staff is top notch! Great location.

Overall the property is nice. The pool is small and most of it is deeper than 5 ft. So people gather in the small shallow area. There are three small hot tubs but one was closed during our entire stay. The walls of the hotel are very thin so you can hear people in other rooms and the doors slam. The staff is nice but don't go out of their way to be helpful. There is a very nice swing in the lobby to lounge on. The best part of our stay were the daily activities like Lei making, Easter cookie decorating etc that the hotel organized for the kids (and adults).

Property and staff are really nice. 2nd time staying here. Great location! I like the convenience of not having to walk far from my room to access the street. Room faced main street which was noisy at times during the night. If parking at hotel overnight, be prepared to pay expensive fee. I didn’t realize how expensive it was so I was shocked when I checked out.
