"The property was stinking really bad, room was not up to par, there were stains on bedsheet and pillow cover. Horrible parking space the elevator was not working…. As we were about to leave the parking space someone parked right in front of exit we waited but no one came to help we had to figure it out by ourselves. Would not recommend "

"This hotel is set up high near what is called The Mall which is a long retail street. You are not allowed to drive to the hotel as vehicle access is not allowed to the area so your bags have to be carried by porter. The hotel has spectacular views, the staff are friendly and helpfull. There is a good restaurant and importantly the location is great to walk to points of interest."

"The hotel was really fantastic. The staff all were upto great standard..They really give a VIP treatment to all their guests. I am definitely going to book the same Bridgeview Regency again for my next stay.. excellent "
