"The hotel is located c!ose to the Mall area which is in walking distance. If other factors addressed price would be reasonable. Good views from deluxe rooms. However, this hotel has some serious issues to be addressed. 1. Rooms are not clean 2. Bathroom is old and some functional issues..sinks blocks 3. Staff try their best to help. But they could be more welcoming and seem to be poorly trained. At reception whilst dealing with one customer they start to serve another !eaving the first customer...

"I booked a suite for family in mid Jan 2017. Size and upkeep of room was good. I requested additional comforter for us and they happily provided the same. I did NOT try food here as we were out and about most of the time. Chech-in and checout was smooth and they happily accepted credit card. Staff was average.
