"Mixed feelings about this place. Not all bad but not very good. Room was COLD asked many times for another heater they didnt have one. Asked maintenance to fix the heater in the room it was blowing cold air. He came pressed some buttons said its working then left. It was not working. There is no spa so they should removed that from the title. No bathrobes. Almost all tv channels didt come in and games room is in terrible condition with all doors open. From the moment we checked in we got a warm welcome. The entire staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was neat and clean and spacious. The staff really made my parents feel special as they were celebrating their 50th anniversary.
