"The hotel was going through refurbishment and should not have been accepting guests! The dining area was closed, the roof top bar was also closed. They brought breakfast for us and we sat in the lobby area to eat! Not at all a good experience"

"They have refused very rudely to serve the breakfast to us because we were 5 min late for breakfast. They said a private party is booked and already started.... We had given room on 3rd floor and lift not working. We had paid for the breakfast, how can they say no. There were no communication with us about the breakfast timings or party. If they have booking for a party. They should have provided breakfast in our room but no body were ready to listen and very rude."

"Had an amazing stay at Regenta for 4 nights. Neat, clean rooms with an amaaazing rain shower! Very good variety of options for buffet breakfast. Made to order dosa and parantha were excellent, along with chai ! All staff members were amazing- polite and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
