Amazing property!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel Recently refurbished to a high standard. Staff attentive and very helpful. Particularly enjoyed the musicians in the evenings and also at breakfast. Ate in the restaurant on several occasions and food was very good. The manager Mr Deepak Devpura made a point of asking each day, how my stay was going. He and his team made my stay so enjoyable. Give this place a try, i dont think you will regret it

We arrived before 9 am after 2 long flights and were immediately given a room well before normal check in time to recupriate. The following morning we were asked if we would like to move to a better positioned room by the pool, which we did. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Mr. Hookem (sorry if this is not how he spells his name) who put up with my inveterate questions and was helpful in every respect. The comfort of staying in this hotel is great. The rooms were massive, quite clean and with balcony view of the mountains. There is greenery all around. The food at their restaurant is superb, which is not true for the room dining per se. I would suggest to take the food at their restaurant rather than having it via room dining as the taste is better there and also the cost is a bit less. Their breakfast buffet has massive options and you would feel tired of eating but the options won't end....

It was lake facing, quite, serine..Just the vacation we as family were looking for. The staff was good..the room was hygenic and food was excellent. From an improvement perspective - The TV was not operational (although thats the last thing I would like to watch) When we reached the property we were not welcomed as guests (did not get the vibe), nobody guided me to parking, there was no one to pick up our luggage. Little gem hidden in the old Udaipur close to Jagadish temple and the traditional Hattie Pole shopping area with its narrow lane but colourful and full of life.
