"The room was not livable. AC was broken. sheets, blanket and pillow covers were very dirty. when asked to replace the sheets and covers, hotel said they don't have any available. it is the single most worst experience for me. at the end after all this we did not stay there, they did not refund anything, and Expedia also did not help at all. it's a full loss. non refundable means non-refundable even if room is not available according to Expedia.
