"Great for our family of 5, modern clean room, useful kitchenette and washing machine, good location close to lots of trains and easy to get around. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff at reception. Would happily stay here again!"
"Location was great and the hotel and the surrounding area is very safe. Staff was friendly and great, and the atmosphere is a great respite from a busy and hectic shopping day."
"Great location, great staff, great breakfast. There was some dust in the air-conditioning unit, but that's the only problem I found. If I ever stay in Shimbashi again, this will be the hotel I pick."

"We stayed at Shiba Park Hotel for 4 nights in a Junior Suite, which was perfect for our family. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The hotel is wonderfully quiet, yet there are plenty of things within walking distance, including a convenient subway station, making it easy to explore the city. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with great variety and quality. Overall, a fantastic experience – we would happily stay here again!"
"Fabulous service. Appreciated the help from the concierges about how to get around. Great views from the rooms. Nice breakfast. Close to Shildome and Simbashi subway stations. Loved the art displayed around the hotel. "
"We really enjoyed our stay here! The room is very small for American standards, but it's perfect if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep after a day of exploring Tokyo. The property was beautiful and the room was very clean.
The only negative thing we experienced was that the wifi was super spotty and kept going in and out."
"This a very nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff! The rooms are nice and the pajamas that are provided are both top and bottoms, which is nice. Also take complementary toiletries are very nice and they have an extremely large option/range of things to choose from including nice face products!"
