"First time to Mussoorie and found hotel based on Expedia recommendations. It is away from the busyness of the town, yet the hotel offers shuttle service to the mall. The team of staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Mr. Sunil Kumar, the owner, lives at the property and he and his wife Laxmi are gracious hosts. The Hotel SunGrace helped me with tour options, travel options and were fun to spend time with. A great experience and I hope to return someday."

"Overall stay was good, property location is good. However, they do not serve alcohol. Also, at check-in, we were told that for our booked room category (suit with mountain view) we will have to take about 150 stairs, which is almost egual to 9 floors, so we had to compromise on view /location of room, which probably was a lower category room. Further, while using lift I lost my way and they do not have sufficient direction board to help customers find way! "
