"This was one of the absolute best hotel stays I’ve ever experienced in any country or city. The service from housekeeping was phenomenal, always filling up our soaps and shampoos and replacing towels on a daily basis, regardless of when we request it. The quality of the breakfast buffet was incredible, with tons of options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. The location is also very convenient as it is steps away from a major station. Will definitely stay here again if I’m fortunate to return to Tokyo!"

"Exceeded expectations! Room: 2 twin bed room was very large for Tokyo. Enough space to open luggage. No closet, but there is a rail with hangers and a bookshelf you can put some stuff on. Side tables did not have storage either. Decent size bathroom, could do with a bit more counter space if being not picky. Robe and slippers provided in room. Skin care amenities in lobby. Staff: Friendly and knowledgeable. English speaking. Kept common area spotless. Lobby dining area - Great to have. Guests can bri by food back and eat in dining room. Be courteous and clean up after yourself. You can even cook. Croissant coffee and juice available in the mornings. One of the evenings had pop of event with music from dj book and food! Hip vibe, much better than traditional hotel. Perfect location. Easy walk to metro, 5 minutes. Even though in Shinjuku, never felt too crowded or noisy. Pharmacy within 2 minutes. Lawson and 7-11 within 5 minutes. About 10 minute walk to airport bus. Plenty of restaurant choices. Zero complaints. Would stay there again."

"Such a great place to stay! Affordable, close to the Shinjuku station as well as the red light district. My room had a view on the government building which had a neat light show every night. The room had everything I needed and was perfect size for myself as a solo traveller. My one complaint was that my one pillow wasn’t that comfy, but otherwise it was nice room. The restaurant on the 25th floor has a beautiful view of the city, the food is was mediocre but the view was worth it. I would come back here again! Fantastic stay for solo travellers! "
