"I cannot say enough how much we love this hotel. Our experience from beginning to end was amazing. Everyone working at the hotel is so friendly and helpful. When checking in, the young lady noticed my birthday was in a few days, and that my husband had just celebrated his birthday, and she comped us two breakfasts. On my actual birthday we got back to the room and there was a split of prosecco, chocolates and a personalized birthday card waiting. No one does that! But they did here! (Thank you, Derk!) When we left, they gifted us a room spray with their signature scent, which is incredible. We had breakfast at their restaurant, and had dinner there twice because everything was so good. The room itself was large, and so tastefully decorated. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Amsterdam, this is where were will be staying again. If perfection exists, this hotel would be it - at least in our opinion."
