"This was my first time staying at an extended stay hostal, so I was easily impressed. My partner, not so much which is why I gave it an average score. I did really like that they had a 1 cup coffee maker in the room."

"Check in was slow even after having booked a good 2 months in advance, DID NOT GET FIRST FLOOR AS REQUESTED THIRD FLOOR INSTEAD..the room was nice and big and clean BUT the floors were loose and squeaky and loud and bathroom faucet loose so went down to front desk to request a different room of same size,etc. Preferably on first floor...got first floor but NOT SAME SIZE OF KING HANDICAP ETC,WAS MUCH SMALLER!!! After returning to room on first day out at around 8pm, my wife and I were locked out of room! Ridiculous...unacceptable...the front desk person next morning was a big black man who was not very nice at all,grumpy and unwilling to accomidate or communicate with me...maybe because I am white? This was NOT the experience we expected from such a Hotel, and would NOT RECOMMEND OR PAY THE PRICE!"

"I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is always very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are especially comfortable. Highly recommend if you need an hotel and are in the area. "

"My bathroom counter had dust and had not been cleaned and the breakfast bar was terrible the English muffins had mold and there was no coffee and supplies every day had to ask for more"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, making up for a few -ish points. The included breakfast was surprisingly average, though, for a Hampton Inn property. Nothing was bad, but nothing was great. Excess water from reconstituted scrambled eggs should probably have been ladled off. It's scrambled eggs, not eggy soup. Excessive guest noise was also an issue (for more than just our room), but the support team were very responsive and reached out to the parents straight away to get a resolution. Indoor voices were eventually found and the impromptu running track up and down the halls was closed."

"The room was clean. One morning I came downstairs and their was a large rolling cart heaped full of trash bags sitting in one of the main hallways by the elevator. There is just one small elevator. Breakfast was not appealing - bacon did not look cooked which made me reluctant to try the eggs. Only instant oatmeal. No milk alternatives. The hotel is close to I-69 and my room was facing the highway. Poor sound insulation as I heard traffic noise throughout the night that was very loud (sounded like drag racing). Around 1:30 am a car pulled up to a parking spot right below my window. The people in the car got out, blasting music and stayed out there partying for two hours. No response from management. The other entry points were dark and covered and as a single woman did not feel safe to enter. I will not stay here again."
