"The evening clerk was very helpful. It was fairly late in the evening when we checked in but we hadn't had dinner yet. I asked the clerk for a few paper plates from the breakfast area to use for our late night dinner and she cheerfully offered them."

"It is an older facility, however it was clean and the staff friendly. My key card stopped working and she replaced with no problem. No Breakfast, but the coffee was tasty. My only issue was that they allow pets. It was a rainy day so I could smell the wet dog smell from somewhere. I think it was coming from the hall. other than that no other complaints."

"My son and I were very pleased with this hotel. The property is very nice and well maintained. There is plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. We only used the breakfast option one day due to our schedule and it was good. It had a variety of items to choose from. There is also a coffee / tea bar in the lobby which was nice on the days I missed breakfast. The rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. We stayed in one of the suites with a kitchen and it had dishes, pots, pans utensils, etc. The location is nice with everything you need nearby. We stayed here because we had a 3 day event at Miami University. The drive was about 35 mins and it worked out well for us. We would definitely stay here again and even talked about staying an extra night next time! My son said "it did everything he needed it to do and did it well"!"

"My first stay at Randolph Suites. Service was absolutely excellent. Only disappointment was dirty floor in corner around lamp stand. No ceiling fan in bathroom. Water in shower never got hot. Again, great service provided by Cathy at the front desk."
