"Very HUGE clean rooms, great for large groups or families with children. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive.Basic breakfast and the pool is outside. If you're just looking for a room close to the casino or shopping or theme parks, this is MY #1 recommendation. The only thing I am not comfortable or used to, but is completely SAFE, is the water. It feels slimy due to the water softener, but that is how it is at all the hotels in that area. I've stayed at all, but this one is an OVERALL pick for budget and crawling distance between casino and 30 minutes to Dallas/Ft Worth, Grapevine, 10 minutes to Gainesville."

"Dirty Qtips in 1 nightstand and old smoke detector in other. Opened toilet lid, bowl was not cleaned as poo stuck on it from last person there. No ice machines working but 1 small old machine that I had to ask in back room with old furniture stored in.Asked for hair dryer as ours was removed from wall bracket left. Leftover shampoo and lotion bottles provided were from previous user. Toilet tank lid didn’t fit from a different one toilet, shower curtain old and stained. Dirty carpet wall to wall, and chair with snags wouldn’t sit in. Flat pillows, lumpy bed, didn’t sleep well. Unappetizing sausage and breakfast area. Husband got last waffle and syrup out of containers. Do not recommend to anyone. Drive further north for more options!"

"Just was dirty all around. Washer and dryers need updated. Shower was clogging up, beds were squeaky and uncomfortable."

"This is a basic, decent room. There's plenty of hot water in a fiberglass shower. Towels get you dry but aren't plush. Some of the tile and trim is DIY, internet is Ok for emails but not streaming. The TV has free ROKU channels, but not cable/satellite networks. Housekeeping came daily to make the bed, refresh towels, sweep and collect trash. At the rate, it's not a spa, but it's a reasonable place to sleep and clean up."
