"Ok hotel l. Great staff. In need of some refurb.."

"Room was lovely an so was the spa! Didn’t like that I had to walk through the restaurant from the spa in a towel to get a drink! Then was handed a prosecco in a paper tea cup! That was the only downfall! Everything else was perfect ! The two young ladies behind the desk in reception were fabulous and very polite! "

"Beautiful hotel, super nice staff, very comfortable beds, and great for walkability in town. Loved staying here!"

"Pool was lovely, and the room size was great. Breakfast was pretty poor with most of the food cold. The toaster was also broken. Small fridge in the room was a nice touch although never really got cold enough to cool drinks. Tv was broken and kept turning off after 2/5 mins."

"Clean, well-equipped room with balcony and countryside views, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and fantastic pool and spa facilities. This was our second visit to Hatherley Manor and they maintained a consistently high standard of service on both occasions. One of the nicest hotel experiences we’ve had."

"No complaints about the hotel itself, but check-in was difficult. You are required to give a “security deposit ” using a physical card – contactless does not seem to work! "
