"This lovely old coaching inn is so convenient for Ross town centre. I love the sitting room (in winter they have a real fire). The staff are very helpful (offer to carry bags upstairs) and the good is better than excellent. This isn’t my first stay and it won't be my last. "

"A good stay at an atmospheric late 16c traditional English Inn . Rooms comfortable with good modern en suite . Log fires in the bar and a carved wood panelled dining room. The beer ,the food (traditional pub fayre)and service was wonderful. The breakfast was great with ample choice of cooked and continental on offer. Helen the manageress was welcoming and most efficient . She managed the property very well indeed. We couldn’t hope for more and would definitely stay again ."
