"Sadly, the spa was not working and this was one of the draw cards for us. Also, we had 2 drinks charged to our room that were not ordered by us. Staff should never reveal guests names. When we did order drinks, from Our Land is Alive bar, we paid with cash. However when staff asked us for our room number, and we gave it, she replied by giving us our name which should never happen. Other than this, we do love Cordis."
"Stunning hotel and great location. Library bar was a nice surprise and overall stay was a relaxing and enjoyable time. Only niggle was room service came about 3pm each day after we had returned to the room for a rest post shopping and walking. We just left and went to the bar so not a disaster but a made up clean room would have been preferable. Will definitely stay again. The new go to place!"
