"We had a really pleasant stay and were very happy with our experience here. The hotel could use some additional repairs and updates, but it was great to see that improvements were actively underway, including painting the exterior, and some of the interior finishes had already been refreshed. Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. If we’re ever back in the area, we would definitely choose to stay here again."

"My wife and I stayed here overnight for a family event. The facilities are good. We were in a room set up for handicapped people. This resulted in some positives and negatives. One good thing is that the shower had a removable wand, and no threshold to step over, As a result, the shower curtain could not contain the water, and the entire bathroom area got wet. The breakfast was good. One negative was that they ran out of waffle batter, and the attendant was nowhere to be found (until my bagel was toasted...). In addition, it took them some time to refill the coffee supply, but that was easier to work around. Parking is easy. The hotel is next to the Eastgate Mall, which seems to have seen better days. Even so, there are a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. The traffic noise was not a problem."
