"Best idea was to make a reservation at this fine establishment. The Rose Festival parade was going on during this time. The general manager reached out to remind us to check in early. This was great communication and resulted in a fantastic evening. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The elevator was inoperable due to someone vaping in it. That definitely made it challenging since my room was on the 10th floor. No worries, I got my steps in and all was well. Thank you for the memories. Great games, great service. Marc"
