"Would have like access back to room through the stairs leaving room came down stairs but going back up had to wait for another hotel person so I could be with someone in lift as I don’t like been by myself in lift had a terrible fright years ago so can’t go by myself in lift but otherwise excellent "

"Sadly, the spa was not working and this was one of the draw cards for us. Also, we had 2 drinks charged to our room that were not ordered by us. Staff should never reveal guests names. When we did order drinks, from Our Land is Alive bar, we paid with cash. However when staff asked us for our room number, and we gave it, she replied by giving us our name which should never happen. Other than this, we do love Cordis."

"Perfect location, trains close free car parking, also Westfield. My only request would be another mirror. In lounge area. Hard when it’s all girls and only 1 bathroom mirror. Thanks😆"
