The staff were very wonderful and helpful. We had a bathroom incident on our 2nd to last day due to the bathtub not draining but we were able to get another room and apologized for the trouble. The snacks and beverages were incredible

Amazing hotel! Our room (5232) had a perfect view of the Tokyo Municipal building. At night we watched the light show from our window. The customer service and amenities provided were luxurious. Breakfast on the 45th floor had beautiful views of the city. There is a 7 Eleven on site which was very convenient. Location in Shinjuku was a perfect location and very walkable to the Shinjuku Station and many restaurants.

Lovely place to stay in Hakone. Clean room and sweet attentive staff. We loved the onsen! The breakfast and dinner gave you many choices and the food was very well prepared and tasty!

A really unique hotel with a gorgeous view of the lake! We enjoyed the grounds, architecture, and an amazing breakfast and tea at the restaurants on the property. A special and convenient location in this area.
