"A great experience all around. The Riad itself exceeded my expectations and the Riad hosts were super helpful, welcoming, and spoke very good English. The room was well maintained and serviced like a hotel! It was clean, and spacious. Upon arrival, we were also given tea and refreshments. The hosts were also accommodating to our late check-out request to leave our luggage and relax in the dining area whilst we waited for our private taxi to arrive (which was also organised by the Riad. Highly recommend for anyone’s first time to stay at Riad Andalla Spa. Will happily return when I visit Marrakech again. "

"The riad is simply beautiful with spacious room, AC (hot and cold heating), hot water, the most comfortable bed and close to the main square but far enough so you cannot hear a thing. If you booked a taxi through the hotel or a third party, they will drop you close to the riad less than 3 minutes walk from the riad itself. The breakfast is fresh, tasty and sufficient to get you started on your day. There is a hammam with massage facilities so you dont have to leave your riad, if you dont want to. The customer services is outstanding. Thank you for a restful and enjoyable first trip to Marrakech. I will be back soon!"

"What a gem this Riad is! One of the most amazing places my husband and I have ever stayed at on vacation. Very traditional Moroccan flair. From the minute we walked into the Riad to the moment we left the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. They really put thought into personalizing the guests stay from providing us a tour of the grounds to enjoying traditional Moroccan tea upon our arrival to providing a send away gift of toiletries and food for our trip home. On our last night we were given a dinner recommendation Le Tanjia -oh it couldn't have been more perfect. Breakfast was delicious - the only comment I'd make is the hotel should provide a menu and ask what we'd like - instead they just bring out the same dishes for everyone (except the eggs) and several times we didn't eat some of the items or it was too much food and so it was throwout and I don't like to waste food. Coffee and Moroccan mint tea was available all the time and was such a treat for breakfast or to end the night. Definitely get a massage - worth it! The Riad is within walking distance to taxi cabs, jemaa el-fnaa, the souks, 15 minutes away from the airport. It is safe to walk around the area. "

"Stayed for a night ahead of a retreat in Marrakech. The Riad was everything we wanted/needed. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable. Our room was on the top floor, which was perfect to enjoy the terrace and very convenient as the kitchen and breakfast area was on that floor also. Just off the Jemaa el fna, location wise it’s location was both great to explore and felt like an oasis amongst the sensory experiences Marrakech has to offer. "
