Absolutely amazing riad right in the middle of the city, 15 min walk form Jamaa el Fna, right in the middle of all the connecting souks, 5 minute walk from Bahia palace and still remains a nice quiet riad. The riad is incredibly clean, relaxing and everything we could have asked for. Even more incredible was the amazing staff always there attentive and kind. Truly a hidden gem in Marrakesh I highly recommend staying here.

The room was very spacious so that was lovely, but the lighting locations were a bit weird. For example the shower stall is very dim and if you are a tall person it is hard to shower. Breakfast was okay, we stayed at different riads for two weeks and this was the only riad that did not provide eggs at breakfast (only once) and the only riad that did not provide at least one complimentary drinking water. Water was cheaper to buy at the outside stall store downstairs that sold 1.5L for 7 dirhams versus the hotel sold 330ml for 10 dirhams. The hot tub was only lukewarm and the swimming pool was cold for early March. But it wasn’t too bad and nice to use at least once during the stay. Unfortunately we were unlucky with bad weather and we only were able to have breakfast on the rooftop once, otherwise they serve breakfast in the lobby when it is too cold and raining. There is in fact a non advertised elevator which is technically only for staff but we used it for our suitcases and because I am pregnant it was nice to use. That is rare for many riads! The location is 10 minute walk from the main square, it was a quieter area which was nice but a bit far to walk when it was cold and pouring rain. I liked that the location was close to a road accessible by cars so taxi pickups were easy. It’s also very close to the Bahia Palace, El Badi Palace, and tombs which were unfortunately under restoration.

Très confortable et très agréable

L'accueil était parfait. Notre hôte a pris le temps de nous offrir un thé à la menthe et de nous fournir quelques explications sur le riad, son quartier et les visites à effectuer. La chambre située tout en haut du riad était très confortable, avec un grand lit, deux canapés, climatisation, un petit frigo, une salle de douche, et toilettes séparées. Nous avons apprécié le coin salon extérieur à côté de la chambre, ainsi que la terrasse tout en haut du riad. La piscine intérieure et le jacuzzi étaient très agréables pour se rafraichir après une journée de visite. Le petit déjeuner local était délicieux (avec jus d'orange frais). Sa situation, dans un coin très calme mais à 5 minutes de la place Jemma El-fna, était idéale.

Riad excelente,en muy buen ubicación. Lo mejor el personal, atentos y muy amables. Tuvimos un problema de salud el día de irnos y nos dejaron quedarnos hasta marchar al aeropuerto. El desayuno el mejor de todo el viaje. Empezamos y terminamos el viaje allí por su hospitalidad.Volveremos.
