5 Star Experience

Perfect from start to finish, I can't fault the Riad at all. Pierre was on hand via WhatsApp at all times to help with anything from tourism tips to taxis and Mohammed and Fatima were always on hand whenever we needed anything. Everyone else was just as good we just didn't catch their names. Breakfast on the terrace every morning was supeeb too.

This is a lovely Riad. Close to the souks but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. The staff working there are very attentive and friendly and the rooftop terrace is a very relaxing place to spend the evening. Pierre maintained excellent communication with us throughout and is very knowledgeable, arranging our taxis and spa treatments. You need to fill in a Google form for every meal if you wish to eat at the Riad, which is a great option if you are tired of the souks. The food is lovely and breakfast very fresh and tasty. The beds are large and comfortable and the small en-suite has a good shower with plenty of hot water. The latch on our door needs fixing and the settees on the terrace upstairs were very firm, but it’s a beautiful setting to relax in.

Absolute Oasis in Marrakech

The riad is a little hard to find and the sign inconspicuous but inside is a five star oasis! Absolutely everything is beautiful, comfortable and luxe. Be sure to arrange for dinner oncthe terrace. It is made just for you. My table was set with rose petals and the food was amazing. My room is fit for a queen and beautifulky appointed. The owner, Pierre called me when i arrived to welcome me, and the staff is incredibly attentive and kind. I wish i could stay longer! Wifi is excellent, it is quiet, and close to the market's colorful shops. You will have to carry you luggage through an allyway to get to the riad, but it is absolutely worth it.

After so many Riads in Morocco and more than 10 visits to Marrakesh i have found the perfect Riad for my my future visits, Riad Chacha is an Oasis in Marrakesh, super clean ,smells flowers everywhere in the Riad,super well decorated, amazing team working at the Riad and the owner was always happy to help with my questions and needs. The welcoming drinks with a smile from the team is a plus... The Riad is really beautiful and the rooftop for breakfast or just a night chat observing the starts is super comfy and well decorated as thw rest. Location is perfect, in an alley without any movement ,making it super quiet,but just 1 mns from the street with shops that takes you to the Jemal Efnaa in 3 minutes... I really enjoy Riad Chacha i am pretty sure you will too! Marhaba! Choucran Bezef to all the super nice team thay works at the Riad!

Un ottimo benvenuto in Marocco. Personale gentile disponibile e accogliente. L’hotel è meraviglioso, molto pulito e le camere sono ampie e con aria condizionata. In conclusione un bellissimo terrazzo in cui servono la colazione la mattina.

Hospedagem bem receptiva

Fatima e Ahmed foram bem atenciosos, com chás e sucos quando retornávamos dos passeios e outras necessidades. Pierre sempre disponível a nos ajudar com sugestões de atrações e transfers. Quarto limpo e espaçoso. Toalhas sempres limpas e boas qualidades. Quarto não possuía cortina de black out. Também não oferecia frigobar nem geladeiras à disposição dos hóspedes, considerando as altas temperaturas do clima da região para conservação de bebidas e outros alimentos. O ar condicionado apenas atenuava bem pouco a temperatura ambiente, e continuávamos suando dentro do quarto, inclusive à noite. Café-da-manha bom, porém com poucas opções e quantidades limitadas. Jantar oferecido à parte delicioso, porém oferecido somente vinho e água para acompanhar.

Excellent séjour, Pierre est de très bon conseil pour les sorties, restaurants, très réactif a toutes les demandes de ses hôtes, le personnel, Mohamed son épouse et Fatima sont à l'écoute, très professionnel et d'une gentillesse incomparable. Petit plus le petit déjeuner tous les matins sur le toit terrasse excellent moment pour démarrer la journée et le thé à la menthe de Mohamed un vrai délice. nous conseillons à 100% le Riad de Pierre
