"Had a lovely stay, our hut was so great, very quiet and comfortable, very friendly cleaning staff, they made us laugh a lot with their towel Figurines. Amazing breakfast, great restaurants and fantastic pool & termal area. Parking close to our hut worked perfectly. In terms of cleanliness all was good for us, we found that the bats left their droppings on the porch at night but we found this was part of the nature Adventure. We very much enjoyed our stay and can absolutely recommend."

"This Arenal Montechiari is a great deal for price conscious travelers it’s an older property and a little rustic, but very clean with exceptional service. It’s perfect for tourists in that it’s walking distance to many restaurants in downtown La Fortuna. Almost all of the local sightseeing activities offer shuttles to and from the hotel. Great breakfast too! No wifi in rooms but is available in reception and the restaurant. Would definitely stay again."

"We were two moms with two kids (11 and 16) and this hotel checked all the boxes for us. Adventure (horseback riding, nature walks, water slides), nature (everywhere) and relaxation (hot springs, hammock, nice dining). Everyone on staff was super nice and welcoming and so were the other guests. It's a little remote but it made us feel like we were sometimes staying by ourselves in the rainforest. Our favorite place when we visited CR!"

"We rented cabin number 9 which is located at the rear of the property and is much more secluded than the other cabins on the property. The best part about this cabin is that it’s not located near the road and it also looks out into the jungle from the rear porch. William in concierge, Kenneth the bartender, and other staff members were great and incredibly helpful. Our cabin was a bit rustic however it provided everything we needed and we enjoyed hearing the sounds of the jungle and river below....
