"The room was spacious and very clean. The property was modern and impressive. The reason it was a terrible stay was because the mattress was awful. It was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. The mattress was fully worn out with deep "ruts" on reach side and a high center that felt like you were laying on an old sofa bed with a metal rail in the center. We had gotten in late and unpacked before we ever realized the mattress issue... I didn't complain to the front desk because we didn't want to change rooms after getting all unpacked. Room 310 needs a new mattress."

"For someone who travels a lot, this property scores low for me. The room was poorly cleaned. Upon arrival, the floors in the room were sticky, the towels had hair on them ( long hair, short hair, just gross) and the bed sheets that should have be fresh linen, had black lent between the sheets. The ceiling and floors gave signs of water damage as well. While the location was great, the property needs better care. It kooks and feels dated. Definitely would past on another stay at this hotel. "

"Front desk staff was quick and friendly. Plenty if parking Room was clean but the atmosphere was weird. It's hard to explain. It was very muggy, warm and humid even after we turned the air up! Breakfast wasn't good. Juice machine broken with no replacement option. 3 hot options: waffles (you make on your own), sausage patties and egg rounds. Everything else was items like yogurt, cereal, etc. Pool not clean"

"The staff was amazing, so friendly & helpful! Parking was plenty & the rooms were definitely cleaned and well maintained! Definitely a place to book if you’re in BHam/Hoover area."

"It took forever for the room to cool down. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it. The toilet paper holder was broke."

"Horrible checkin process….some problem with housekeeping, but no one was able to be checked in at 4…..huge pile up of ppl trying to get to a concert…..very frustrating plus no manager to assist….."
