TV has only a few English speaking channels, all but one of which are news. Old TV’s lacking Netflix or other entertainment apps. Top-notch staff in an excellent location. Gym is satisfactory. "

"From my arrival it was bad experience I don’t wish to anyone the staff rude and I was given a room in 4th floor open door and it was the wrong room I had booked a 3 bed room not a 1 bed , elevator back down again 20min later they clean the room I was supposed to have Room no A/C they don’t work at all in the building he told me open window I did and it felt on top of my wife it wasn’t secure Shower water was coming out and the hose was broken I didn’t leave because I needed 3 beds But no breakfast no nothing ohh No toilet paper also"

This hotel is located in the best place walking distance to all the sight theme possible easy access to the train and bus stops restaurants bakeries everything is accessible.. Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Everything in order organized breakfast. Complementary breakfast was the best. Loved it. Very nice friendly staff. I highly recommend it. It’s in the center of everything.. "
