"The front desk employee was a swindler There was a group of us with 3 rooms All arrived at the same time Booked on the same reservation 3 non smoking rooms We each got a different person to check in with My guy said that they were out of non smoking rooms unless I paid $30 a night more for an Updated room The other two people in my group checking in AFTER ME were told they had plenty of non smoking rooms and were put in the updated section in a room with a refrigerator for FREE. I refused to pay and got a non smoking room on the 11th floor. Rest of the group in neighboring rooms on the 20th floor Seems like a common Con with this front desk. "

"The restaurant was on point for breakfast. Was disappointed that there was no fridge to store insulin or drinks. Very slippery in the shower. Had to lay down a towel. Tabletop between the beds had to be wiped down due to a sticky residue left on it. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked great."
